Complaints and returns


1. It is recommended that each time before collecting the parcel from the post or from the courier, check the condition of the shipment of both the packaging (whether it has not been damaged during transport) or the contents. In case the packaging carries traces of damage eg the tapes are broken or damaged, the carton is damaged, crushed, we recommend refusing to accept the parcel and in the presence of the courier or postman draw up the damage report and contact the Seller immediately. The seller does not make the complaint conditional on the fulfillment of the above-mentioned criteria, it is only a recommendation.

2. Complaints shall be made in accordance with the procedure set out in the Act of 27 July 2002 on special terms of consumer sales (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended). The seller is responsible for the inconsistency of the goods with the contract, only in the event of its discovery before the expiration of two years from the release of the goods to the buyer, the date runs again when the goods are exchanged. The customer loses the rights specified above, if within two months of finding the non-conformity of the goods with the contract he will not notify the Seller of this fact, this does not apply to the situation when the seller sneakily concealed the defect. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send an appropriate notice before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline. If, after receiving the goods, the customer finds defects in it, he should send it back within 14 days by post to the address - Margo Biżuteria, Małgorzata Fornalska, Wiśniewo 10b, 82-325 Markusy. with the note 'Complaint'.
The description of the advertised product feature and the client's request should be attached to the returned product. The customer may request: repair of goods, new full value goods, exchange of goods for another product at the same price, reduction of product price or refund.

4. All complaints are dealt with at the latest within 14 days of their receipt,

5. The refund for the shipment of the advertised goods to the store is made by the account number (by bank transfer) or in the case of a replacement shipment the Store will bear the cost of the second shipment.

 Returns of goods

1. According to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22 item 271, as amended), a consumer who has concluded a distance contract, he may withdraw from it without giving reasons,
by submitting a relevant statement in writing within fourteen days from the date of delivery. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the consumer is released from any obligations. The product returned in this mode will be accepted only if it is sent back in the unaltered state, unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management.

2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is charged with the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping costs).

A written statement of withdrawal from the contract should also be attached to the return shipment if it has not been forwarded to the Store along with the bank account number. The Seller shall return the money by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract.

4. The return of the goods may be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
5. Replacement of the goods or a partial or total return not resulting from the fault of the store is possible, the cost of replacement or a total or partial refund
