Cookies policy and the RODO directive

This Policy applies to "cookies" and the new Directive on the provisions of the RODO and refers to websites operated by "Margo Biżuteria" Małgorzata Fornalska based in Markusy at Markusy 16.


In connection with the entry into force of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter ) - we would like to inform you that:
1. Administrator.
"Margo Biżuteria" by Małgorzata Fornalska; Markus 16; 82-325 Markusy - is the administrator of your personal data.
2. Data categories. We process the following personal data:
  a) Identification information (name and surname, company, NIP), contact addresses of our clients who are natural persons;
  b) Contact details of persons who are clients' representatives (name, land, e-mail address, business phone);
  c) Data of potential customers and their representatives.
3. Purposes of processing.
  We process personal data for the following purposes:
  a) Conclusion and performance of the contract (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR);
  b) Execution of legal obligations for us in connection with the conclusion of the contract, e.g. tax or keeping accounting documentation (art.
6 sec. 1 lit. c RODO);
  c) Resulting from our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.1 f) of the RODO), including for the purposes of:
  - establishing, investigating or defending against claims;
  - offering our products (direct marketing).
  d) Transmission of commercial information by means of electronic communication or telemarketing - on the basis of consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point a. and RODO).
4. Recipients.
  We can disclose personal information:
  a) entities that process data on our behalf, e.g. providing accounting, legal, technical or IT services;
  b) other recipients, e.g. entities conducting insurance and banking activities (for possible returns), postal or
by courier - to the extent necessary to carry out the services provided to us.
5. Time of data storage.
  a) In the case of data related to the conclusion and performance of contracts - the period of storage of accounting and tax documentation required by law, but not less than for the duration of proceedings to enforce or defend claims;
  b) In the case of contact details of customer representatives - to
time of knowledge about stopping activity / work in this capacity;
  c) In the case of potential Clients or their representatives - until effective objections are raised, if the processing is based on our legitimate interest or withdrawal of consent if the processing is based on it.
6. Permissions.
  According to the RODO, you have the right to:
  a) access to their data and receipt of copies thereof;
  b) correcting their data;
  c) deletion of data or processing restrictions;
  d) data transfer;
  e) object to the processing of data processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, while if the opposition concerns direct marketing, then we are always obliged to stop processing data for this purpose;
  f) withdrawal of consent to data processing, if processed on this basis;
  g) file a complaint to the supervisory body, ie the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
7. Data sources.
  We do not buy personal data. We obtain personal data from the following sources:
  a) Data of clients or their representatives - from these persons; whereas in order to verify the data, we can also obtain data from CEDIG or KRS;
  b) Data of potential Clients or their representatives - from these persons, in the implementation of previous agreements, or from the websites of potential Clients.
8. Voluntary data provision.
  Providing identification and address data by the Customer is voluntary, however, necessary to conclude the contract. Providing contact details of the client or given representatives is voluntary and serves the efficient implementation of the contract and facilitation of communication.
9. Lack of automatic decision making. We do not undertake automated decisions, including profiling, which have legal effects on persons who are affected or affected in a similar way.
10. No intention to provide data outside the EEA. We do not transfer or intend to transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area or to international organizations.


  The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites.     "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of Website pages;
    "Functional" cookies, allowing "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, eg in terms of the language or region of the User's origin, size of the font, appearance of the website, etc .;
    "Advertising" cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser's settings or to inform them of each entry in the device of the Website User. The Website Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
